This is a lion hearted Shiraz befitting Barossa tradition. Born of treasured, old vines which year on year give up tiny bunches of grapes for winemaker, Kevin Glastonbury, to create a rich and silky smooth wine. The Octavius is a wine with distinguished pedigree.
Maturing for 20 months in French and American oak Octaves, created by Yalumba's own master coopers. After aging peacefully in the marble cellars, further bottle maturation occurred before release. Decanting will deliver optimum enjoyment.
