You must ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible before delivery.
You must ensure there is a safe and suitable location for the goods to be dropped off.

You must ensure pets, children, vehicles, equipment, and other hazards are kept clear of the delivery area.
You must notify us in advance of any access restrictions, safety concerns, or site conditions that may affect delivery.
If the location does not meet the safe delivery requirements, you should arrange an alternative delivery address before dispatch.
Drivers and contractors may assess site safety on arrival.
If the driver determines that delivery cannot be completed safely, they may:
leave the goods at the nearest safe accessible point;
decline to complete the delivery;
request that alternative arrangements be made.
Unsafe delivery conditions may result in delays, failed delivery, or the need to arrange a new delivery.
Any additional costs caused by unsafe or inaccessible delivery conditions may be the customer’s responsibility.
We will endeavour to meet reasonable special delivery requests where possible.
Special requests are not guaranteed.
Requests must not require drivers or contractors to breach health and safety requirements.
We cannot guarantee:
specific delivery time slots;
carrying goods beyond the safe drop-off point;
delivery through restricted or unsafe access areas;
driver assistance with moving, lifting, stacking, or relocating goods.
The following services are not available at the drop-off location:
redirection of goods;
carrying goods upstairs or downstairs;
carrying goods over uneven or unsafe surfaces;
stacking goods;
unpacking goods;
storage of goods;
splitting orders across multiple locations;
moving goods inside a home, business, garage, shed, or other structure;
placing goods in a specific area where access is unsafe or unsuitable.
The delivery is complete once the goods have been dropped at the approved safe delivery point.

Discounts will be marked on the product page. Some wine products are excluded from the Mixed Wine 6 Pack Discount; this is up to the store's discretion and includes all Champagne. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
