Hailing from the village of Oger in between Le Mesnil sur Oger and Avize. This organic Champagne is 100% Grand Cru and 100% Chardonnay which spends an extended time on lees (30 months) to add finesse and complexity to the wine. The balance of high acidity and low dosage brings about intensity and drive.
