Tyrrell's Single Vineyards celebrate the greatest vineyard sites of the Hunter Valley. The microclimate of each vineyard produces wine which is unique and shows a true sense of place. The Stevens Vineyard is the Southern most of their Semillon vineyards and features a combination of light sand and red clay soils with its oldest plantings dating back to 1911. The Semillons are characterised by a generous citrus fruit core with a soft acid profile and impeccable length. This wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel.
