St Ignatius is Cabernet Sauvignon (52%), Merlot (28%), Malbec (14%) & Cabernet Franc (6%). The colour is solid & strong, with aromas of blackcurrant & cassis, swirls of mint, dried oregano, blueberry, & juniper. The palate is luxurious, plump sweet black fruits wrapped in velvet tannins. Balanced & poised & ready for a long future.
