This wine is elegant and fresh on the palate, with a lingering finish.After harvest, the grapes are pressed directly. Must is put into thermoregulated stainless steel vats, and alcoholic fermentation lasts around 10 days. Then, effervescence develops naturally through a second fermentation, which is stopped by cooling. Once fermentation is over, the sparkling wine is aged for a minimum of 6 months before bottling.
