The Finale is a classic blend of white Bordeaux grapes Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, which are ripened with botrytis to produce a phenomenally lush and rich-textured, Sauterne-like style of sweet wine. Amazing with sweet desserts and intense cheeses, the Finale is a must for the table or the cellar.
