When a young Alfredo Nugan emigrated from Spain in 1940, he had a clear vision of his family's new life in Australia. Today, his legacy sees the Nugan family established as one of Australia's most successful agricultural enterprises. This limited release collection of premium wines is a tribute to his vision and the passion he instilled in his family to pursue his ideals of outstanding quality and service.

This Dried Grape Shiraz is sourced from premium vineyards in the Riverina and McLaren Vale. Once harvested, a parcel of this Shiraz was dried on specialized racks to create flavour intensity and concentration. After fermentation the wine matured in American and French oak for 18 months, resulting in a hand crafted wine of quality. Attractive aromas of cherry and plum with dark chocolate, earth and herbaceaous notes, dfollowed by a long and complex palate of black cherry with savoury nuances and smooth velvety tannins.
