Crafted from the best Tumbarumba fruit of each vintage, selected vineyard blocks are hand-picked and a whole bunch pressed. Each of these blocks is kept separate and fermented in 100% French oak. The wine shows vibrant youthful straw lemon colour. The aroma is filled with tree fruits of apple, pear combined with fleshy stone fruits of peach and nectarine, along with classic mineral wet stone and flint, all backed up by spicy cedar oak nuances complemented with nutty almond and marzipan.
