From a distillery located on the coast, who prides itself on crafting exceptional award-winning spirits inspired by its northern beaches coastline, it was a natural conclusion to craft a delicious Zesty Limoncello. True to its name this mouth-watering limoncello combines a traditional Italian recipe from the Amalfi coast with some Australian botanicals to create a signature zesty sherbet finish.

Using carefully selected large lemons with perfumed peel supplied from an orchard on the central coast, north of Sydney, then hand-peeled lemons, being most particular to avoid the bitter pith. Infusion of the peel into the smooth grain spirit cannot be rushed. Citrus oils combine with the native botanical distillates of Lemon Aspen with its tart citrus flavour, like a blend of grapefruit and lime with a hint of honey and eucalyptus and Lemon Myrtle. 

Enjoy chilled, straight from the freezer as an after-dinner digestive, or over ice with soda.
