Small, powerful an d thick-skinned - just like the wombat - the Shiraz grape is the little giant of the wine world. Sourced from a low yielding, dry grown, old-vine block before vinification in small open fermenters, hand plunging and maturation in large format oak to create a wine with an excellent balance of intensity, complexity and freshness.
