Using 100% produced in Hyogo prefecture Yamada Nishiki, known as "the king of sake rice", it is classified as Special Junmai Ginjo Sake. It displays distinguished deep body, fruity aroma and sharp aftertaste. The beautiful blue bottle evokes clarity and authenticity.  Rice polish ratio 60%.
