Aged for 4 years in American Oak barrels following the traditional Solera System. A clean, bright, pale golden colour. Clean, delicate and balanced aromas with hints of yeast and slight fruit tones. Light and refreshing on the palate with a pleasant, sweet finish. Croft should be served chilled between 4° and 6° in a small white wine glass. Perfect as an aperitif with paté, salmon or salads and also a delicious alternative to a dessert wine.
