Using organic and biodynamic methods, the Sutton Grange creed is to make decisions based on “the best interest of the farm”. 55% Shiraz / 45% Viognier, made in ancestral method with no additives or preservative and the yeast disgorged. Light copper colour with hues of orange and pink, it's a bright and cheery sparkling with a well-developed flavour profile.
