Brilliant pale gold with a large, creamy white head and fine carbonation. Aromatically fruity and slightly spicy, with citrus, subtle malt and distinctive hop character. Silky and lively on the palate, finishing dry, crisp and slightly bitter. The brewery uses Saaz-Saaz and Styrian Golding hops, plus bottle re-fermentation, to develop its characteristic complexity.
