Armagnac has been aged for 29 years in oak barrels. Bottled in 2016. Gold colors. You can feel the aromas of ripe quinces, mangoes, citrus, which are complemented by vanilla, mint, caramel. Gentle, fruity in the mouth, subtle tannins are felt. Served as a whimsical, but perfect with tortillas, duck dishes, cheese, dark chocolate.
