Chandon Vintage Brut continues its commitment to excellence, seamlessly upholding its elegant, refined appeal. A deliciously soft, fresh and creamy wine with incredible length and finesse. Vintage Brut is the heart and soul of Chandon. The grapes came exclusively from our Strathbogie Ranges and Whitlands Plateau vineyards, with a sentimental sprinkling from our original Yarra Valley vineyard to add a little extra seasoning. These vineyards bring cool nights that help tease out the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes' natural flavours, leaving Vintage Brut with aromas of grapefruit, plum, praline and fresh toast. In our not-so-humourous opinion, traditional winemaking and local know-how are at their very best – the personality of each season shines through these wines as only a southern-hemisphere sun can.
