The Catalena Sounds Sauvignon Blanc is thoughtfully made, achieving subtle freshness and purity with a cool fermentation in stainless steel, then letting the wines rest on light lees. We respectfully use old world techniques, fermenting small parcels of fruit from clay rich Waihopai soils in neutral French oak. This gentle approach to wine making creates elegance in the palate that combines texture with a touch of complexity. Uniquely Marlborough and ultimately Catalina Sounds.
