Maturation took place in stainless steel. This is a gorgeous rendition, with mouthwatering aromatics of dark plum, raspberry, and moreish spice. Juicy, dark cherry and freshly crushed blackberry flavours intermingle with earthy notes, beautifully integrated tannins.
