Seppeltsfield's DP38 is crafted of a complex array of varietals including Palomino and Grenache, all of which are initially matured separately. The DP38 is a result of a judicious process of balancing sweeter fruit parcels with savoury, before being introduced into the Solero nurseries. Unlike the DP117 and DP116 Flor styles, the DP38 Rich Rare Apera is fortified to a level that does not permit the growth of flor yeast. The DP38 is the richest and sweetest of the Seppeltsfield Solero aperitif styles.
