The fruit of a blend of 84% Chardonnay and 16% Pinot Noir, the vintage Dom Ruinart Rosé delivers first fruity and delicate scents, with the nose then progressively becoming more opulent as it warms up. There is an elegant overall refinement. The complexity and potential perceived on the nose are confirmed on the palate, with a great balance between red fruit, liquorice and citrus notes.
