A wine that is expressive of old vine shiraz and meticulous winemaking. Both nose and palate are redolent of classic Hunter spice, tar, earth, and licorice. The palate is long and well supported with rounded oak treatment and a more than sufficient acid spine. All in all an excellent wine.
