The Finale is a classic blend of white Bordeaux grapes, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, which are ripened with botrytis to produce a phenomenally lush and rich-textured, Sauternes-like style of sweet wine. Amazing with sweet desserts and intense cheeses, the Finale is a must for the table or the cellar.
