A deliciously dry, new wave cocktail Rum without a pirate or a sea monster in sight. Now that they're safely ensconced in their own bespoke Edinburgh distillery, you can expect plenty more innovation from this talented outfit. Here Sweetdram's team take a proprietary Rum base--blended from Guyanan, Jamaican and Bajan (Barbadian) Rums--and infuse it with grains of paradise, chamomile, lime leaf, fennel and cardamom. Lapsang and organic figs, warm-smoked over oak at the distillery, impart the smokiness.
