It was the first traditional absinthe to have been made in France since the spirit was banned there in 1915 and distilled in the Rhone-Alpes, using nine herbs and spices, including grand wormwood, fennel and star anise. The bottle is opaque to help protect La Fée Parisienne’s natural ‘verte’ colour. Multi-award-winning and endorsed by the Musée de l’Absinthe, Auvers-sur-Oise, France and distilled at the traditional 68% abv following an authentic 19th-century recipe.
