Red cherry and strawberry jump out of the glass, along with a complexing herbal edge. The palate has abundant red and blue fruit, along with violet florals and a gentle touch of spice. The tannins have a pleasing sappy texture that provides a counterpoint to the bright fruit. It will age well for the next 7-10 years.
