The Nouveau Field Blend is hand-crafted using only grapes grown on our McLaren Vale Estate. A blend of Grenache (52%) hand-picked from the bush vines, located just a few steps from our winery. Shiraz (48%) hand-picked from our Terraces block overlooking the township of McLaren Vale.
