Green Fairy is an alcohol distillate of herbs and spices. The Absinth in this bottle is 40% ABV and contains Thujone from Wormwood. It should be served responsibly in a cocktail, as a mixed drink, or by adding water and sugar the traditional way. Absinth is gaining popularity at an astonishing rate and this is no surprise! When you first try Green Fairy you are assailed but an amazing blend of flavours ranging from sweet to bitter, spicy to mellow but overall dominated by aniseed.
