Each cask has held stout beer from a variety of breweries throughout Oregon; including Bent Shovel Brewing, Breakside Brewing, Culmination Brewing, Ex Novo Brewing Co., Fort George Brewery, Migration Brewing, and Sky High Brewing, among others. Cask finishing imparts a roasted chocolate note that flawlessly accentuates the signature toast characteristics of Westward American Single Malt.
