Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. 14 years of maturation in traditional oak casks & finished in Caribbean rum casks. Rounded with vanilla, toffee, nutmeg, and sweet oak notes, with a fruity character that develops with time. Serve neat or with a couple of drops of water.
