This is a seriously good Sauvignon Blanc from France's Loire Valley. Very different in style to the Australian and New Zealand sauvignon blanc to which we've become accustomed, this quality white is built around a core of flinty, mineral aromas. As the wine opens up, delicate fruity pear nuances emerge. A wonderfully balanced wine, the style is fresh, rich, and lively. Team up with delicately flavoured shellfish, fish dishes, or with dry goat's cheese.
