Bin 70 was a limited release bottling to celebrate winemaker and viticulturist Rob Gibson’s 70th Birthday in 2021. A barrel selection of classic fine Shiraz which will stand the test of time, Bin 70 is an amalgam of Eden Valley (60%) and Barossa Valley (40%) fruit, from clay loams and light granitic podzols. Single wire rod & spur trellis, which yielded 1.5 tonnes per acre. Bottles produced: 2,000.
