Fruit parcels were carefully selected from superior blocks of this vineyard for this special release wine.Twenty-four months in new French oak provides perfume, toast and balance to the wine, which is dominated by black cherries, plums and ripe red berry aromas and flavours, but with the distinctive spice fresh lift of the Schaefer Shiraz.
