2. Tasting fee redemption.The $30 tasting fee is redeemable against any purchase made at the event; no minimum bottle quantity applies. Only one (1) $30 admission-fee redemption is permitted per transaction, regardless of the number of attendees or tasting tickets purchased. Redemptions cannot be combined or applied concurrently to the same transaction. Any purchase made at the event qualifies. A qualifying transaction permits a maximum of $30 in tasting-fee redemption. Multiple tickets do not increase the amount redeemable on that transaction. The redemption applies to the tasting fee only and is not an additional discount or cash payment. Please present proof of your tasting-fee payment when requesting redemption at checkout so the team can verify eligibility.
The tasting-fee redemption is available for purchases made at the event. Any different
arrangement must be expressly confirmed by Camperdown Cellars.
Example: Two attendees make one purchase together in a single transaction. Only one $30 admission-fee redemption applies, not $60. The two admission fees cannot be redeemed concurrently against that purchase.
3. Bookings and attendance. Bookings are essential. Please contact the organiser at romuald@camperdowncellars.com.au for booking arrangements and availability. Attendees should retain their booking confirmation or proof of payment.
4. Responsible service of alcohol. This is an adults-only alcohol tasting event. Attendees must be aged 18 years or older and may be asked to present acceptable proof of age. Alcohol service is subject to applicable NSW liquor laws and responsible service of alcohol requirements. Service may be refused to anyone who is intoxicated or otherwise cannot lawfully be served.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds. If an attendee cannot attend, please contact the organiser as soon as possible. Any request for a cancellation refund or booking transfer will be assessed under applicable Australian Consumer Law and any booking conditions disclosed at the time of purchase. If Camperdown Cellars cancels or materially changes the event, affected customers will be contacted about their available options and legal rights.
6. Event arrangements. The featured Champagne selection and participating producers may change if necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond the organiser's control. Any material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
