Predominantly Syrah & Cinsault is made from fruit sourced from Southern France made with Charmat Method. Bright strawberry/salmon hue, fine bead, and rich mousse. Fresh red berry fruit aromas with just a touch of sweet spice. Juicy and bright red fruits and crunchy acidity and zesty finish. Serve well chilled as an aperitif with smoked salmon blinis, or a charcuterie selection.
