    The Le Monde Refosco is 100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, the grapes are vinified with a maceration that varies from 12 to 15 days, with daily punching down at controlled temperatures. Complete the malolactic fermentation in steel. The nose is enveloping, with warm notes of ripe red fruits and spicy fragrances. The palate is polite and aristocratic, it conquers from the first sip for the perfect harmony between body, mineral notes, and a thick and silky tannic texture.
