Created in the Adelaide Hills using a blend of imported Torino Roots, Herbs, and Spices and a selection of native Australian Botanicals, we introduce you to the unique Rose vermouth. This hybrid Dry/Sweet vermouth is super balanced and great in any usage. Using a blend of their Dry and Rosso Vermouth bases (60/40 respectively) created from Chenin Blanc and Grenache grapes sourced locally, this is a vermouth that is light and textural with loads of berry notes and subtle but complex spices that dance around the palate.
