A classic recipe with a twist!

If you are a fan of the classic Gin & Tonic, but looking to try something different, then these cocktails are for you! 

1. Bramble and Tonic

Light, Bright and Uplifting!

Ingredients:

• 50ml Bombay Bramble
• 100ml Tonic Water 
• 1 Lemon Wedge
• Ice

Method:

• Pour over ice
• Squeeze and drop in lemon wedge.

2. Bombay Sapphire Negroni

The botanicals in Bombay Sapphire create a complex harmony that makes this the drink of choice for those of a discerning character.

Ingredients:

• 25ml Bombay Sapphire
• 25ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
• 25ml Martini Bitter
• 1 Orange
• Ice

Method:

• Fill a glass with ice
• Pour ingredients and stir gently to mix
• Garnish with an orange wedge and the zest

3. Bombay Sapphire Negroni

Berry flavours with a smooth finish.

Ingredients:

• 50ml Vickers Pink Gin
• 150ml Lemonade
• 25ml Prosecco
• Fresh strawberries
• Ice

Method:

• Fill a glass with ice
• Pour ingredients and stir gently to mix
• Garnish with fresh strawberries.
