The family has been growing vines since 1640 in Oger, a small village right in the heart of the Cote des Blancs. In the organic vineyard, they are very careful to not use synthetic product. Instead, minerals, herbal teas and essential oils help assure the well being of the vines and stimulate a wide biodiversity in the plots growing on chalky subsoil. Following the rhythm of the indigenous yeasts, vinifications are softly guided without any artifice. Original is the best way to discover the estate.
