A hazy, tropical mash that’s the perfect balance of bitter and juicy.
For this beer, Stockade Brew Co. chose not to add hops during the boil, instead held these back until whirlpool to get the highest concentration possible and still deliver a pretty low IBU. Then dry hopped in two separate doses, one early and one late. Used more than 40% oats and unmalted wheat for a velvety mouthfeel with significant haze.
