The Solero System for this Dry Aperitif has for decades been denoted DP117. Using only the finest, delicate free-run juice from Palomino grapes grown at at Seppeltsfield Estate and then matured in the traditional Seppeltsfield Solero aging system for a minimum average of 8 years, this is the quintessential aperitif. Bone dry with great finesse tangy and nutty. Serve ice cold and refrigerate after opening.
