Since 1894 the name Knappstein has been synonymous with the production of premium South Australian wines. Riposte is a small portfolio of complex and striking cool climate Adelaide Hills wines, handcrafted by Tim Knappstein.

Robust yet elegant The Sabre combine a lunge of spice with black cherry and raspberry fruit, parried with a touch of toasty oak and a supple, velvety palate.
