A classic style of rum, it was rich and flavoursome, aged in all ex-whiskey casks. When ready, it would be transported to George Fesq’s warehouse for bottling. We haven’t attempted to recreate this Rum, exactly, but have used it as a reference for the ongoing journey of Red Mill.
