Produced from Glera grapes of the vineyards located in the province of Treviso. First fermentation occurs in steel vats at a controlled temperature, with selected yeasts. The Charmat method for producing effervescence from a second fermentation performed in pressurized tanks is meant to preserve fruit and freshness. This specific method geared towards retaining primary fruit character makes Prosecco a straightforward expression of terroir.
