Paxton Wines have been nurturing family owned vineyards in the McLaren Vale since 1979. They produce premium certified organic and biodynamic wines, wines with life. 

CAB is an abbreviation for Cabernet Sauvignon. Paxton's CAB is sourced from the Jones and Thomas Block vineyards in McLaren Vale. It shows lovely herbaceous notes of olive combining perfectly with blackberry and plums. A medium bodied wine with soft tannins, elegant mouth feel and a touch of French oak.
