Lark Hill Biodynamic Riesling
The slow and late vintage at Lark Hill produces an intense and aromatic Riesling with vibrant lime, green apple and mineral notes underscored by zesty acidity. Our delicious dry Rieslings evolve beautifully over the years, retaining freshness and balance. The Riesling were our first planting in 1978, high on the Lake George escarpment 30km from Canberra, and 37 rewarding vintages have amply demonstrated the match of this great variety to our site. Our vineyard is farmed using Biodynamic principles for sustainability and to preserve and emphasise it's unique terroir.
