The slow and late vintage at Lark Hill produces an intense and aromatic Riesling with vibrant lime, green apple and mineral notes underscored by zesty acidity. These delicious dry Rieslings evolve beautifully over the years, retaining freshness and balance. The Rieslings were the first planting in 1978, high on the Lake George escarpment 30km from Canberra. The vineyard is farmed using Biodynamic principles for sustainability and to preserve and emphasize its unique terroir.
