A couple of years ago Cam, the distiller, put some Christmas puddings made to his mum's recipe in the botanical basket of Wila (their still) and distilled a gin. He was also working on a gin aged in their 80-year-old muscat barrels. So he decided to blend these two together and add a tweak of Classic Rutherglen Muscat. The result: Smells like gin, and tastes like Christmas.
Sip straight over ice, simply mix with ginger ale or make a cracking Martinez.
