Thomas Batardiere's background is as a retailer and a Sommelier. After practicing with Mathieu Vallee from the Chateau Yvonne he took the direction of Beaune to complete a viticultural diploma. Then he purchased 2 hectares in 2012, the chateau is situated under the family house. This cuvee is richer with more residual sugar but still finishing dry.
