At the Château de Gaube, the Morel family produces the Bas-Armagnac. Around the farm, you will find a whole 6.5 hectares of vineyards with about 40-year-old vines with the Baco grape variety. Saint Martin distills the entire production and works with a continuous distillation process where no more than 52% alcohol is obtained. For the cask storage, they use oak from the local forest.
